At SUN Orthopaedic Group, we want patients to have a positive experience throughout their encounters in our office. To assist us in our goal, we have identified some guidelines that will allow the patients to move efficiently through our system.

X-rays/MRI’s
Please inform patients to bring any X-rays, MRI’s or other tests that have been performed that relate to the problem for which they are being seen. This will prevent the patient having to leave the office to get them and reduce the need for taking unnecessary X-rays during the visit.

Patient Treatment Plan
If you have been treating the patient for awhile for a problem that you are referring to us, it would be beneficial if you would provide us with information on the treatment the patient received prior to their visit to our office. This will allow our physicians to better understand what has occurred with the patient and assist in the developing a proper treatment plan.

Appointments
When calling for an appointment, please have the patient’s demographic information available so their processing can occur as efficiently as possible. Minimally, it is important to provide us with name, address, social security number, and phone number (day and night numbers).
